Let’s be honest, we all want that glowing, goddess-looking like skin. And I can tell you that it is achievable. There are just some things you need to know:
DIET
FRUITS AND VEGGIES
If you want glowing skin, then fruits and veggies will be your best friends. They are rich with nutrients and vitamins, which are good for your skin and overall health. So pack that plate, giirrlll.
WATER WATER WATER
I know you are probably tired of hearing this but you need to drink water. And a lot of it, if you want good skin. Water hydrates your skin and flushes out all the toxins.
AVOID SUGAR
It would be for the best, if you could avoid sugary foods and drinks. Sugar is the top enemy for good looking skin. And I’m talking about the artificial sugar in candy, ice cream, cakes. Replace those with fruits which contain healthy sugars.
SKINCARE
KNOW YOUR SKIN TYPE
You have to know your skin type in order to know what products to use. Because if you have oily skin and you use products for dry skin, then that just won’t work.
EXFOLIATE
Exfoliation is very important in order to have smooth and glowing skin. It removes dead skin cells and you are left with baby smooth skin. But don’t be harsh and don’t over do it. 1-2 times a week is enough.
USE PRODUCTS WITH SPECIFIC INGREDIENTS
Use products that contain different vitamins or antioxidants that are good for your skin. Vitamin C is great for achieving glowing skin. You can use serums, face creams or masks.
MAKEUP
MINIMAL MAKEUP
Try to stick to only few face products. Try to enhance your natural skin rather than trying to cover it with heavy foundation.
PACK ON THE HIGHLIGHTER
Highlighters will be your best friend. It’s the fastest way to make you literally glow. There are also different kinds and colors, so you can find the right one for your skin color.
BRONZER & BLUSH
Bronzer and blush is also a good way to enhance your skin with makeup products. Bronzer will give you a little bit of warmth and blush will give you some color on your cheeks.
That is it for my tips to achieve glowing skin. I hoped it was helpful.
Cheers to youthful and radiant looking skin!
