Things to Add to your Shampoo for Healthy Hair Growth

People are constantly on the lookout for new shampoos to address a variety of hair issues. You may be surprised to learn that you can add specific natural ingredients to any mild shampoo to make it fit your hair’s specific needs. Natural ingredients that you can add to your shampoo are outlined below.

It’s time to add some aloe vera to your shampoo to promote healthy hair growth.

ALOE VERA

Anti-dandruff properties are also provided by aloe vera. Mix equal amounts of aloe gel and shampoo and apply it twice a week for best results.

APPLE CIDER VINEGAR

Adds radiance and shine to the hair while balancing the pH of the scalp. Dandruff and acne on the scalp are two additional benefits. 1 cup shampoo can be infused with a third cup of organic, unrefined apple cider vinegar. Use as a shampoo by transferring to a pump bottle.

SUGAR

Sugar is an exfoliant that aids in the removal of dandruff flake buildup. Increases the rate of hair growth as well. Gently massage fine sugar and enough shampoo into your palms before applying it to your hair. Using water, thoroughly clean the surface.

Salt exfoliates and removes dandruff flakes. Increases the rate of hair growth as well. You can make a paste by combining fine sea or pink salt with enough shampoo and massaging it into your scalp and hair. Remove with running water.
